I mainly work with clients that are young adult to adult. I do work with adolescent clients on a case by case basis, but I do not work with children. I see both individuals and couples.

My style could be described as eclectic, but I find myself mainly using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory with clients.
Over the last few years, I have worked to understand and implement Internal Family Systems more with my clients as I have found this modality to be the most beneficial for transformation in my clients.

My price per session is $130 for both individuals and couples. I am always willing to provide a superbill, essentially a receipt, for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
In order to help you decide if I would be a good fit, I am willing to do a free 15 minute consultation before scheduling sessions.

Presently I am in-network with United and Aetna.
If you want to work with me, and want to utilize your out-of-network benefits, I am willing to provide a superbill, essentially a receipt, that you can submit to insurance.
I am able to accept HSA and FSA as well.

My office is located in Littleton, just off of Broadway, north of Mineral.

Generally, in order for therapy to be productive it needs to be consistent. This means I recommend weekly therapy sessions at least when we start working together.

I am in my office Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm. Sessions last 50 minutes.
